Design and Development
Web design and development services for B2B and SAAS teams
OUTRIVA designs and builds websites, web apps, dashboards, and SaaS products for B2B companies.
Most companies split that work between a design agency and a developer, then pay twice to fix what falls in the gap. Our web design and development services keep both halves in one team.
Scope of work
What we design and build
Here is what we actually produce. If your project sits on this list, we can help.
We also rebuild sites that have grown messy over the years. Our web design and development services cover new builds and rescue work on something you already own.
Design
What you get from a UI UX design services agency
People stay with a product because it feels easy to use. That is the job of design.
Every stage produces a thing you keep, which is why the work can be checked as it goes.
We start with user research. We talk to the people who will use it and watch them try it. You get a short report on what confuses them.
Next we map the user journey, step by step, from first click to finished task.
Then comes information architecture. That is the plan for where everything lives and what sits under what. You get a sitemap and a page list you can read without design training.
After that we build wireframes, which are grey box sketches of each screen. We turn those into a clickable prototype you can test before anyone writes code.
We finish with a design system, a shared library of buttons, type styles, colours, and spacing rules. Those decisions feed straight into our web design and development services, so nothing gets redrawn later.
Websites
Web design and development services, from structure to launch
A website earns its keep when a stranger can tell what you do in ten seconds.
We start with structure, which means the pages you need and how a visitor moves between them. Then we design the interface, screen by screen, on desktop and mobile.
The same team writes the front end code. Nothing gets lost between the design file and the live site, because the person who drew the screen builds it.
Your B2B branding sets the tone here. Colour and type carry through every page.
We plan content structure with you, so each page has one job. We test page speed before launch, because slow pages lose visitors and rank lower on Google.
Nothing gets lost between the design file and the live site, because the person who drew the screen builds it.
At handover you receive:
- iThe live site
- iiThe design files
- iiiThe code
- ivA short video showing how to edit pages yourself
Our web design and development services end with you in control of your own updates.

SaaS product design and development
SaaS means software your customers pay for monthly and use in a browser. It sits at the deep end of our web design and development services.
We map the workflows first. A workflow is the set of steps a user repeats to get one job done.
Then we design the screens that carry those steps. Dashboards for daily users, admin views for the people who manage accounts and billing.
We build a design system early so the product stays consistent as you add features. Scalable gets used loosely, so here is what we mean by it. Adding your tenth feature should not force a redesign of the first nine.
Our developers build the front end and connect it to your backend, which is the part that stores data and runs the rules. Your engineers get clean components they can extend on day one.
Early stage
MVP design and development for startups
An MVP is a Minimum Viable Product. It is the smallest working version of your idea that real users can try.
Speed matters more than polish at this stage. You are buying information about whether people want the thing at all.
Our MVP work includes:
Most MVP projects reach launch readiness within 4 to 8 weeks.
That timeline holds because we cut scope hard at the start and keep the feature list short.
Framer
Framer website design and development
Framer is a tool that designers and developers use to build and publish websites in one place. Sites built on it usually go live faster than a fully custom build. You can also edit text and swap images later without booking developer time.
On Framer we handle:
Framer sits inside the same web design and development services as everything else here. If you outgrow it, we can move you to a custom build.
The engagement
How we work
Every project follows the same six steps.
Discovery
You share your goals and anything you already have. We send back a scope and a fixed price.
Design
We show wireframes first, then finished screens. You leave comments in one place instead of email threads.
Build
We write the code and give you a staging link, a private version of the site you can click through each week.
Review and testing
We test on phones and desktop and check page speed. Then we fix whatever you flag.
Launch
We publish the site and check that your tracking works. We stay close through the first week.
Support
Small changes and fixes carry on under a monthly agreement if you want one.
Fit
Who we work with
We work with startups building a first product and with established teams replacing something dated.
Most of our clients sit in technology, IT services, biotech, and pharma. We serve companies across Europe and the Middle East, and teams throughout APAC.
Common questions
Frequently asked questions
How much does a project cost, and what drives the price up or down?
Price follows the number of unique screens and how much custom work sits behind them. A five page marketing site costs a fraction of a SaaS platform with logins and billing. We quote our web design and development services as one fixed figure after discovery.
How long does a typical project take?
A Framer site runs 2 to 4 weeks and a larger marketing site 4 to 8 weeks. A SaaS build takes 3 to 6 months. Your review speed moves those numbers as much as ours does.
Who owns the design files and the code when the project ends?
You do. Every file and every line of code transfers to you at handover, including access to the repository where the code is stored.
What happens after launch? Is support included?
Every project includes 30 days of free fixes after we go live. After that you can move onto a monthly retainer, or call us when something comes up.
Can we see examples of your previous work?
We do not publish client work on this website. Get in touch and we will send examples that match your industry and project type.
Next step
A short conversation will tell you what it costs and how long it takes.
You have a project in mind and a rough sense of what it should do. Send us a few lines about what you want to build, and we will come back with questions and a price range.
