B2B Dedicated Teams

Dedicated team services for B2B growth and technology

People who work only on your account, take direction from you, and stay long enough to learn your business.

A dedicated team is a group of specialists assigned to your company alone. You decide what they work on. We handle the hiring, the daily management, the backup when someone is out, and the reporting.

One team can mix roles from both sides of our work, from sales development representatives (SDRs) and content writers to developers. Everyone works to one plan and reports through a delivery lead, your single contact on our side.

Who it suits

Steady work, slow hiring

Our dedicated team services suit B2B companies with a clear plan and too few people to carry it out.

Often the founder or head of sales is filling the gaps personally. That works for a while, but it is the most expensive way to fill them.

You have steady work in sales, marketing, or build that will still be there next quarter.
You want to set the priorities without running recruiting or daily management.
You would rather keep people who know your product and buyers than brief new ones.
You need sales and technical roles working from the same plan.
You sell into Europe, Asia, or the Middle East and need working hours that overlap with yours.

The situation

Where the work stalls

The plan is rarely the problem. The trouble is who is available to carry it out, and for how long.

The backlog grows

Each quarter opens with more work than people. Launches slip, campaigns go out late, and the roadmap turns into a wish list.

Every project restarts

An agency or freelancer learns your product, delivers, and leaves. The next one needs the same briefing, and the lessons leave with the last one.

Vendors work apart

Outreach, content, and development sit with three suppliers working to three plans. You end up as the only link between them.

One person holds it all

A single hire or freelancer carries the logins, the process, and the context. When they take time off or resign, the work stops.

Scope of work

What our dedicated team services include

You keep the direction. We handle what it takes to keep the right people on the work.

Roles across growth and build

A team can combine SDRs, outreach specialists, content writers, customer relationship management (CRM) specialists, developers, and testers. Start with one role or several, and change the mix as the work changes.

Recruiting and vetting

We source candidates for each role and test them on tasks like yours before you meet them. An SDR writes sample messages for your market. A developer solves a problem in the tools you already use.

Set up inside your tools

The team works in your CRM, code repository, inbox, and project board, under accounts your company owns. Nothing important lives in our systems, so nothing is lost if plans change.

Daily management on our side

Your delivery lead runs check-ins, reviews the quality of the work, and handles time off and performance. You set the priorities, and we make sure they turn into finished work.

Backup and written handovers

When someone is out, a teammate or backup covers their work. Every role also keeps a handover document, so a new person picks up the work instead of rebuilding it.

A team that changes with your plan

At each monthly review you can add a role, swap one skill for another, or scale down. Nobody new joins your team without your approval.

Send us the roles you have not filled yet. We will sketch the team we would build around them.

The process

How the work runs

A short setup, then a steady monthly rhythm. You always know who is on the team and what they are working on.

Scoping

We start from the work, not job titles

On the first call we look at your backlog, pipeline targets, or campaign plan. From that we draft a role plan: each role, its seniority, working hours, and cost.

Selection

You meet the shortlist

You see the candidates who passed our tests, along with their work samples. You interview the ones you like and make the call.

Onboarding

Access, context, and first tasks

We set up access, brief the team on your product and buyers, and agree on check-in times. Outreach roles also sign off their key performance indicators (KPIs) at this stage.

First month

Weekly check-ins while the team settles

Your delivery lead meets you every week for the first month. Problems get fixed while they are small, and briefs get sharper.

Every month

Review the output and the shape

Each month you see what every role delivered. Together we decide whether the team stays as it is, grows, or changes.

The same absences hit both lines. On a dedicated team, backup and a written handover keep the work moving through them.

Deliverables

What you receive

Written records and live access, so you never have to ask what the team is doing.

  • A role plan listing every role, its scope, seniority, working hours, and cost.
  • Candidate profiles and work samples for each role, ready before you interview.
  • An onboarding checklist covering access, accounts, and the briefing each role needs.
  • A weekly update from your delivery lead on what shipped, what is next, and what is blocked.
  • A monthly review of output by role, with any proposed changes to the team.
  • A handover document for each role, kept current as the work changes.
  • A KPI sheet agreed in writing for each outreach role, under the Assured Outreach Model.
  • Every file, list, and line of code, stored in accounts your company owns.

The paperwork is light, but it exists. When a role changes hands, the next person starts from the document instead of from zero.

Examples of past work are available on request, so get in touch and we will send work relevant to your market.

The Assured Outreach Model

A written promise for outreach roles

Outreach roles produce numbers you can agree before work starts, so they carry the Assured Outreach Model.

SDRs and outreach specialists work to targets such as qualified meetings booked. Developers, writers, and testers work to the monthly plan instead, because a meeting target on a code backlog would mean nothing.

OUTRIVA & PARTNERS Assured Outreach Model  /  Outreach Roles

If the outreach roles miss the agreed KPIs, they keep working at no additional service charge until the targets are met.

  • iBefore any outreach begins, we agree on the KPIs, the target audience, and the qualification criteria in writing.
  • iiThe terms cover every outreach role on your team, including SDRs and LinkedIn, cold email, and WhatsApp specialists.
  • iiiIf the KPIs are missed at the end of the agreed period, the work continues at no additional service charge until they are met.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

How are dedicated team services different from hiring or outsourcing a project?

Compared with hiring, you skip recruiting, payroll, backup, and daily management, and you can change the team at any monthly review. Compared with a project, the people stay. They keep what they learned about your product and buyers, so the next piece of work starts ahead.

How much does a dedicated team cost?

It depends on the roles, the seniority each one needs, and the working hours. You get a written cost for every role in the role plan, before you commit to anything. We do not publish rates, because no two teams are alike.

What happens if someone is not working out, or leaves?

Tell your delivery lead and we start on a replacement right away. A teammate or backup keeps the work moving in the meantime, and the handover document means nobody starts from scratch. You approve the replacement, just as you approved the original.

Who owns the work, the data, and the accounts?

You do. The team works inside your tools, under accounts in your company's name. Code, content, lead lists, and sequences belong to you from the day they are made, and stay with you if we part ways.

How small can we start, and how soon?

You can start with a single role, such as one SDR or one developer, and add roles as the work proves itself. Start dates depend on how common the skill is. The role plan gives you a date, and we tell you early if a role is hard to fill.
