Personal branding

Personal branding services for B2B leaders

You talk. We write, design, and schedule. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

A personal brand is what people in your market know you for before they have met you. Personal branding is deciding what that should be, then showing it steadily where your buyers look.

For most B2B leaders, that starts with LinkedIn. We interview you, rebuild your profile, and write posts from your own words, on a rhythm your calendar can survive.

Who it is for

For leaders whose thinking is part of the sale

Our personal branding services suit people whose buyers are really buying their judgment. If prospects ask to speak with you before they sign, your name is already doing sales work.

That covers most founder-led B2B firms. It also covers executive personal branding for leaders who became the public face of a company without planning to.

We work with leaders across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, mostly in SaaS, IT services, biotech, and professional services.

Founders of consultancies, agencies, and advisory firms, where the partner is the product.
SaaS founders selling to technical buyers who want to know who built the thing.
VPs of Sales and CMOs who front the company at events and on calls.
Biotech, diagnostics, and pharma leaders explaining complex work to commercial buyers.
Leaders with plenty to say and no hours in the week to write it down.

The usual pattern

Why the posting keeps stopping

Most leaders we speak to have tried posting already. It rarely fails for lack of ideas. It fails because every week has something more urgent in it.

The draft folder

You have half-written posts in your notes app. None of them feel finished, so none of them go out.

The burst and the silence

You post every few days for a month, then a launch or a hire takes over. Your profile goes quiet for a quarter.

The borrowed voice

Someone wrote for you once. The posts were tidy and sounded like everyone else, so you stopped approving them.

The private expert

Your sharpest thinking comes out on sales calls and in board meetings. Almost nobody outside the room ever hears it.

None of this is a writing problem. It is a time and process problem, and that is the part we take off your desk.

Scope of work

What our personal branding services include

The foundation is built once, in the first month. The writing then runs every month, and the foundation gets updated as your thinking moves.

Positioning

We agree what you want to be known for, and by whom. The result is a handful of topics you can own, tied to the buyers you actually want reading.

LinkedIn profile rebuild

We rewrite your headline, About section, and experience so a stranger understands your work in seconds. We also set up the Featured section and design a banner that says something.

Voice interviews and voice guide

Each month starts with a recorded conversation. From it we build a voice guide: the phrases you use, the words you never would, and the stories you tell well.

Ghostwritten posts and articles

Every post starts from something you said. A writer shapes it, you edit or approve it, and it goes out on the schedule we agreed.

Visual kit

Post and carousel templates in your colors, plus a brief for your next photo shoot. We do not take photos ourselves, but we tell the photographer exactly what to capture.

Bios and speaker kit

A short bio, a long bio, and a one-page speaker sheet for events and podcasts. Organizers and hosts get the same story your profile tells.

Send us your LinkedIn profile, and we will tell you the first thing we would change.

The process

One conversation a month, then we write

The first month builds the foundation. After that, the work runs on a monthly cycle that asks for about an hour of your time, plus review.

Weeks one and two

Discovery and positioning

A long first interview about your work, your buyers, and your opinions. We come back with a positioning document for you to approve.

Weeks three and four

Profile and voice

We rebuild your profile, design your banner, and write the first voice guide. The first batch of drafts arrives for your review.

Every month

Interview, draft, approve

A recorded conversation of about an hour feeds the month of posts. You review the drafts in one sitting, and approved posts go on the calendar.

Month end

Review and adjust

We look at which posts drew comments from the right people and which fell flat. The next interview goes deeper on what worked.

THE INTERVIEW Recorded once a month DRAFTS Each clip, one post YOUR REVIEW Edit, approve or cut THE CALENDAR Approved posts only Deal story Strong opinion Hard lesson Buyer question How you work Cut by you Week one Week two Week three Week four Your edits shape the next interview and the voice guide

One recorded conversation usually holds more material than people expect. Each clip becomes a draft, and nothing reaches your calendar until you have approved it.

Deliverables

What you receive

Everything below is yours to keep, including the recordings. If we ever stop working together, the voice guide and templates still work without us.

  • A positioning document with your topics, your audience, and what you will not post about.
  • A rewritten LinkedIn headline, About section, experience entries, and Featured section.
  • A custom banner, plus post and carousel templates in editable files.
  • A voice guide that grows with every interview.
  • A monthly calendar of approved posts, scheduled and ready.
  • Interview recordings and transcripts, stored for you to reuse.
  • A short bio, a long bio, and a speaker sheet for events and podcasts.
  • Month-end notes on what worked and what to try next.

The profile is done in weeks. The reputation takes months of showing up, which is why the rhythm matters more than any single post.

Examples of past work are available on request, so get in touch and we will send work relevant to your market.

Our commitments

What happens under your name

Reach depends on the platform and your market, so we will not promise follower counts or viral posts. We control how the work is done, so that is what we commit to.

Nothing is published until you have approved it, word for word.
Every post starts from something you said, not from a template or a trend.
We never buy followers or use engagement pods, which are groups that trade likes to game the feed.
Comments and replies under your posts stay with you, because readers can tell.
Your account, recordings, and drafts stay yours, and we never ask for your password.

If you want your profile to start conversations as well as hold them, our LinkedIn Outreach service runs under the Assured Outreach Model.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

How much of my time will this take?

Plan on a longer interview and a positioning review in the first month. After that, it is about an hour a month for the interview, plus one sitting to review drafts. If you cannot give that hour, the posts will not sound like you.

Will the posts actually sound like me?

They should, because every post starts from your own words on a recorded call. Early drafts need more of your edits. Each edit goes into the voice guide, so later drafts need fewer.

How long before a personal brand makes a difference?

Your profile changes in the first month. Reputation is slower, and it builds over months of steady posting, not weeks. We will not put a date on it, because nobody honestly can.

What do personal branding services cost?

It depends on how often you post, which channels we cover, and whether you need the speaker kit. We quote in writing after the Strategy Call, and we do not publish prices.

How is this different from your B2B branding work?

Company branding shapes how the firm looks and speaks. A personal branding agency works on one person: their voice, their profile, and their name. Many clients start here, because buyers often trust a person before they trust a logo.
